Awful! The worst customer experience ever!

If I could put 0 , I would!
I bought Saeda shoes and the first day I wore them, one of the tear drops was lost!
Ever since and up to now (3 months after) I ve been contacting their customer service. After waiting two months because they didn’t have that component, they finally sent it to me and to my surprise it was the WRONG part!! After apologizing and waiting for one more month, they sent me AGAIN the SAME WRONG component!! They never read the emails I sent, they never checked the photos I sent! So so so disappointed!!! At Zara I would have had a better customer service than this!!!!

Dire and Dreadful customer service.

Dire and Dreadful customer service.
Put me in a never ending loop hole of false promises and repetitive emails. The actual product I now believe to be cheaply made with poor quality ingredients. And they charge a fortune for it. My advice is to buy elsewhere and avoid.

Shame on you, Jimmy Choo.

Don’t buy from the online Jimmy Choo store

I bought shoes back in June from Jimmy Choo’s online store. I returned the shoes within days, and until today almost nearing September, the shoes are still stuck in customs and I have not been refunded. Jimmy Choo’s customer service has been passive, slow to respond and not providing any solutions. They do not even follow up or at the very least ring the customer to clarify what went wrong and how they deal with it.

Shoes from Jimmy Choo’s are not exactly cheap, and I continue to chase the status of my order and even directly liaise with DHL, but I am not getting anywhere.

For a global luxury brand, I am beyond disappointed, and I am writing this to warn potential customers. Please DO NOT ORDER from their online store. You will unlikely get your money back if you ever decide to return the product.

Awful customer service ever.

Their customer service does not even deserve a one star. Received a damaged shoes and the correspondence on the email took forever to reply. No service recovery. Returned the shoes and still waiting for my money back 10 days they said for inspection of a damaged shoes they have sent! Awful experience. Bring your business somewhere else, they simply do not care about their customers. Asos has a far more better customer service than them. For a luxury price they simply do not know how to handle customers. Resulting to product dissonance.

Jimmy Choo product and service not comparable to price

I have purchased a cardholder from Jimmy Choo for $375 AUD. But the quality of the product is honestly worse than a $10 product. First of all the product itself it’s just a piece of cloth sewing together and the sewing quality is like a primary school student homework, it doesn’t aligned to left and right and it all winked up ugly when I closed the button. What is interesting is also that they have sent me an invoice for $83 Euro with a product I’ve purchased for $375 AUD. I’m hoping that they can explain to me as to what additional cost for an $83 euro product in to be shipped to Australia for $375. I have then gone on the online chat service and they have wasted me an hour to chat with 4 different consultants repeating the same conversation and told me to repeat all the issues again on email. Seriously? If online chat is not the place to offer help why not just informed your customer to sent and email form the beginning. For an international luxury designer brand, I would expect the products and services are up to the standard of its price, but I don’t even think Jimmy Choo is even up to the minimum standard with its product and services.

Bought on line they are refusing to refund postage I paid to deliver …

Bought on line next day delivery postage paid. Didn’t arrive next day which is ok but has to return too small.
Customer service refusing to refund my postage to deliver which is not correct as under the consumers act 14 day return even change of mind postage we pay is to be refunded . They are refusing to refund so I will go to office of fair trading abs trading standards as they are keeping our postage illegally

The most awful experience

I just had a very upsetting experience in the Jimmy Choo concession within Harrods. I have a £1000 gift voucher and decided to buy a pair of JC Youth motorcycle boots. The 2 girls on the shop floor were polite and helpful but said my size was not in stock. They said they could order the boots for me and have them delivered within a week. I asked if they had stock delivered daily to the store and suddenly a mans head appeared from behind a curtain and he looked down at me, rolled his eyes and said “ NO madam we do not have stock delivered daily….. We aren’t Zara! “ His tone was so abrupt and spiteful but more shocking was that it was obviously motivated by pure snobbery. He realised from the look on my face 5hat the comment had not landed very well and said “Don’t worry it’s a joke. Granted, an inappropriate joke, but don’t take it personally” I’m afraid I did take it personally because it was delivered as a sarcastic jab.
I left immediately and complained to customer services.
There is no place for snobbery in retail, especially in today’s fragile economic market.
His attitude cost his company £850 in 3 minutes flat.
I have a good disposable income and love to shop but in future I will go to Harvey Nics or Selfridges and I can certainly live without ever owning a pair of Jimmy Choo’s.
Funnily enough I walked past 2 Zara stores on my way home and they were packed. Jimmy Choo was empty.
